Let’s Practise!

Down by the river

Kuula ja laula.

On the left side of the river, there’s a building over there.
The clock strikes eleven telling me it’s bedtime.
On the right side of the river, there’s a university,
A town and a tower – you can take a tour with me.

Down by the river, time to hop on my boat.
Sway to the left and sway to the right, this is how we float.
The wind makes a noise, so I can’t hear a thing.
Sway to the left and sway to the right, this is how we sing.

On the left side of the river, my cousin waves at us.
On the right side of the river, a student waits for the bus.

Down by the river, time to hop on my boat.
Sway to the left and sway to the right, this is how we float.
The wind makes a noise, so I can’t hear a thing.
Sway to the left and sway to the right, this is how we sing.

Kui kuuled sõna „left“ või „right“, kalluta oma keha selles suunas.
